Each year the Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor Spring Fest. The 2008 Spring Fest will be held May 2-4 in Franklin. Highlights of the weekend will include a trout rodeo, music shows, crafts, flea market, games, dancing, taxidermy show and a car show. Please check the complete schedule of events.
